Give Migrants Their Flowers

Give Migrants Their Flowers

£10.00Price

After two successful funding drives in the autumn of 2025, and 100+ bouquets gifted to Glasgow's newest arrivals, this fundraiser is back for another big bouquet-gifting drive on Wednesday 15th July!

Show up with a loving gesture to celebrate Glasgow's newest arrivals. This July, Remedy Fields is portioning off a big flower harvests to create bouquets for re-distribution at Refuweegee and Milk, two organisations providing safe space and welcome packages for refugees and asylum seekers in the city.

Whilst some in our country spew fear and hate, we have a chance to counter that with a warm welcome. We know migrants are risking everything to reach a safer life for them and their families. It's time to give them their flowers!

All donations will contribute to the material costs of the bouquets, whilst Amy will donate her time to create and deliver them. Other florists and new Scots will gather to help bunch during a workshop at Milk on Wednesday 15th July - so please donate before then!

Thank you in advance for making someone's day brighter <3

Remedy Fields is a regenerative growing project created by farmer and movement artist, Amy Dakin Harris. Reparative actions are the core purpose of this project, whether that be using agricultural methods that nurture ecosystems, uniting customers with low-carbon, high quality products, or deepening the body's relationship with the land.
